No two clients, businesses, or book-keeping systems are the same

Client Agreement

All clients of MulberryB will be asked to sign a client contract and confidentiality agreement before the commencement of any work. This will protect the interests of both MulberryB and the client.

Payment of Invoices

Invoices are sent out at the end of the month and payment terms are 14 days net. Monthly retainer packages are invoiced at the beginning of each month and are payable in advance.

Confidentiality

MulberryB complies with the Data Protection Act 1998 and will never disclose client information without the client’s consent. All assignments and client contact details are treated in the strictest confidence and are only retained for as long as necessary.

Assignments

All completed work will be delivered via email, fax or 1st class post or in accordance with the Client’s requirements.

Errors and Corrections

MulberryB will endeavour to ensure that all completed work is error free. However, the final proofreading of all work is the responsibility of the client. Any errors must be notified within seven days of receipt of the completed work.
