During our initial conversation, we’ll discuss your specific requirements, timescales, and the type of support you’re looking for. We’ll also agree whether services are best provided on an ad-hoc basis or through a monthly retainer, depending on your needs.
Monthly Retainer Packages
For clients who require ongoing, regular support, MulberryB offers discounted monthly retainer packages. Retainers provide a consistent level of support each month and are ideal for businesses that need reliable, ongoing assistance.
Retainer work is invoiced in advance and payment is due within 7 days. Up to two unused hours may be carried forward for one month only. Any additional hours required will be charged at the applicable retainer rate.

Bookkeeping Fees
Bookkeeping services can be provided on either a retainer or hourly basis. Fees depend on the level of skill required and the volume of work involved.
We’re happy to discuss your requirements and provide a no-obligation quote tailored to your business.
Pricing Notes
- There is a minimum initial commitment of one hour.
- You only pay for the time spent on your work.
- All time is accurately recorded and itemised on invoices.
- Retainer work is invoiced in advance and payable within 7 days.
- Ad-hoc work is invoiced monthly and payable within 7 days.
- Disbursements (postage, travel, stationery, etc.) are charged at cost and clearly itemised.
- Evening, weekend, and emergency work may be charged at higher rates.
